Serving Boulder & the northern Front Range.
I’m the licensed Colorado broker behind True North Boulder, and I write every market report and move-up guide on this site myself.
Thirteen years of closings sit behind that — a practice I built in Central Florida, out of a family business more than 25 years deep, and brought here. You can read those clients’ own words on the reviews page. But here’s the part most agent bios skip: I’d rather you judge me on the work than on a testimonial. The corridor market reports, the buy-before-you-sell math, the neighborhood breakdowns. Read a few. If they help you think more clearly about a seven-figure decision, that’s the whole audition.
I work the move-up and relocation lanes across Boulder, Longmont, Niwot, Lyons, Berthoud, and Loveland — the $800K–$1.5M trade-up buyer nobody writes for, and the out-of-state buyer trying to map an employer to a commute to a school boundary from a thousand miles away. My job is to name the trade-offs out loud: Longmont gets you more house, and you trade the Boulder address and the commute minutes. You’ll get the number and the downside in the same sentence, and if this isn’t your moment to move, I’ll tell you that too.
True North Boulder is a team at eXp Realty, which carries the license, the compliance, and the errors-and-omissions coverage behind every transaction — so a new local practice doesn’t mean a thin one. What you get from me is the part that doesn’t come off a shelf: someone who knows this corridor, tells you the real trade-offs, and treats your move as a relationship, not a signature.
What I handle: move-up buyers and sellers, relocation, market analysis, and the Boulder-to-Loveland corridor.
